Relatório visa a apresentar a proposição de um mecanismo de monitoramento dos efeitos dos Planos de Prevenção e Controle do Desmatamento dos estados da Amazônia (PPCDs), que possa ser utilizado pela sociedade civil para o acompanhamento do impacto das políticas de redução do desmatamento.
