Este estudo tem como objetivo fazer uma análise de tendência entre os fatores gastos tributários, consumo de insumos e emissões de gases de efeito estufa (GEE) em três setores estratégicos: energia, transporte e agricultura, selecionados pelo volume e aumento de emissões e de gastos tributários nos últimos 10‐13 anos.
